Than, many tiny villages like Certaldo, Colle Val d’Elsa, Casole … and much more, when you have time at disposition.

Walking
It is one of the more pleasant activity in the area, specially during spring or fall time, deep in the wonderful landscapes that Tuscan can offer. The hotel can provide maps or give suggestions about tacks. We are approaching the famous “via Francigena” , guests cannot leave Pancole without trying their legs!

The wines Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti dei Colli Senesi, the extra virgin olive oil are the excellent products of the rich country side of San Gimignano. Wineries are offering visits to their caves and wine tasting, even on walking distance from hotel.
Just few kilometres away, you can reach the heart of the Chianti Classico area. Many wineries open their cellars to visitors, for a tour with wine tasting. Often they go with little typical snacks.

It is very important to have a car, during a stay with us as the area is not covered by public transportation. Local rental companies are available to rent cars, motors and mountain bikes.
